I can only sing their praises regarding the commitment and professional manner in which they concluded these transactions. Ikram worked extremely long hours, waiting till late at night for tenants to return so that she could show their flats to potential buyers. My dealing with Ikram has been an absolute pleasure as she showed dedication and she has an extremely friendly nature.

I recently purchased a block of flats in Rosettenville from Ikram and World Wide Realtor's. I was impressed by both their knowledge of the area and their professionalism whilst guiding the sale through to a successful conclusion.

It was not a easy sale as the original listing agent refused to provide us with the necessary documentation and eventually Ikram had to trace and speak directly with the owner. Only after the fact did we find out that the original listing agent was planing on putting in their own offer on the block, to the exclusion of all other interested parties. Even with this curve ball Ikram and her team performed flawlessly.

I would not hesitate to purchase other properties through this agency and would even go so far as to insist on only purchasing investment properties that they have recommended

Good day Ann,

We take note off comments and really appreciate all your hard work and
effort.

We where contacted by Potgieter and Fourie Attorneys who informed us
that they are appointed as executors in the estate and they would like
to know what are we doing with regards to the property. After a fall out with the attorney we informed them that we are a creditor in the estate and that it is still there responsibility to see to the administration and finalization of the estate.

This estate will be insolvent, there is not enough money in the estate
and we are sure that the Attorneys will contact Mrs Gaudyn for payment
for there services (knowing that they did nothing) which is totally
unfair.

With regards to the property - the Attorneys requested if they may
market the property for a month, we agreed that this may be done but we
have informed them that they do not have sole mandate and that you are
still allowed to take through clients at any time.

Thank you once again for all your trouble, dedication and hard work -
Mrs Gaudyn can be lucky that there are still wonderfull people like you
out there.

We will forward an e-mail to the manager of the  guard company to kindly visit the property and assess the damage for as long as ABSA pays them to provide a service they will be held liable for any damages to the property while in there possession.
